Milan, September 1, 2025 \u2013 Sincronis S.r.l., part of the Polygon Group, a European leader in biomedical maintenance services, has strengthened its position by acquiring Logic S.r.l.<\/strong> (www.logic-medical.com)<\/a>, a Trieste-based company active in the repair of ultrasound probes and other shippable<\/em> medical devices, as well as in the resale of biomedical accessories and spare parts.
The acquisition of Logic S.r.l. is part of Polygon Group\u2019s development plan<\/strong>. Polygon Group (controlled by HIG Capital) with over \u20ac160 million revenues and 800 employees, is at the forefront of integrated management and maintenance of biomedical equipment in Europe, aiming to become an increasingly strategic partner for clinical engineering services by expanding the portfolio of products and services. <\/p>\n

Thanks to Logic\u2019s contribution, Sincronis significantly broadens its service offering<\/strong>, adding technical expertise in the repair of ultrasound probes and in specialized logistics for spare parts and accessories for biomedical equipment enhancing the overall quality of its solutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n
